Concrete thatshows up on time,at the strengthyou paid for.

Three batching plants in Central Luzon. Every load leaves with a printed batch ticket, reaches your slab inside 90 minutes, and is cylinder-tested at 7 and 28 days.

01 / Process

From the river
to your slab.

Ilog means river. Our sand and gravel come from the Pampanga basin, and everything after that is measured, printed and timed.

Rounded river stones
Stage 01Aggregate

Washed, graded, tested weekly.

River sand and gravel are washed of silt and clay, then screened into sizes. A sieve test every week keeps the grading inside spec.

Stage 02Batch

Weighed by computer, to the kilo.

Cement, water, sand, gravel and admixture are weighed by load cells, not shovels. Each batch prints a ticket you keep.

Stage 03Drum

The clock starts at loading.

The drum keeps turning on the road. Every truck is tracked, and anything older than 90 minutes at your gate goes back. You don't pay for it.

Stage 04Pour

Checked at your gate.

Before discharge we test slump in front of your engineer and cast six cylinders. Two are crushed at 7 days, the rest at 28.

How much concrete
do you need?

Put in the size. We add 5% for spillage and uneven ground, round to the truck, and suggest a mix. Your engineer's specification always wins.

03 / Strength

Day 28 is the
day that counts.

Concrete keeps getting stronger for weeks after the pour. Scroll to watch a 4,000 psi mix gain strength, day by day.

04 / Delivery area

Inside 90 minutes,
or we don't send it.

Concrete starts setting in the drum. We only take jobs our trucks can reach in time, so pick your town and see.

Inside the window

Estimates assume weekday traffic and include 10 minutes to load. For a big pour we schedule outside rush hour, and for sites further out we can set up a mobile plant.

05 / Mixes

Five standard mixes.
Anything else, ask.

Strength is measured on cylinders at 28 days. Higher strength, retarders for long pours, and fibre are available on request.
